Come and join us, together with local companies and other training providers to share your experiences and learn how their practices on training reflect within their own workforce.
Through presentations from local employers, training companies and accredited bodies, we hope we can demonstrate and discuss the value of mandatory, personnel development and voluntary training and how training helps empower the staff in the performance of their work.
Presentations will be given from the following employers from across the Humber region and there will be ample opportunity for a Q&A.

For others it provides an opportunity to develop new skills or build on existing experience and knowledge. We will present the value and types of training available to volunteers and how encouraging your employees to volunteer will help your business.
