CIPD Transforming the Humber 2018 – thriving in a candidate-led market
Where: Mercure Hull Grange Park Hotel, Willerby, HU10 6EA
In collaboration with Humber LEP, our CIPD conference this year will consider how, as Humber-based employers, we can grow a sustainable and skilled workforce in the region.
We will explore alternative recruitment and retention practices to offer solutions to emerging skills and labour gaps in a post Brexit economy. In a candidate-led market we will discuss how we can attract and retain the best possible talent. The conference will also consider the implications of Brexit, as well as sharing research and tools to help organisations with workforce planning.
A Solutions Village will also be available for delegates to network and discuss solutions to resourcing issues.
