The Leadership Labs are a set of workshops that provides an experiential component on a set of broad managerial & leadership perspectives, from early managers, middle manager and through to senior & executive management.
Strong leaders need to know how to engage their employees to collaboratively solve business challenges and generate opportunities for the business or organisation.
Depending on where you are in your leadership journey, we have a starting point for you on our Leadership Labs.
Select the lab workshop you want to take part in below;
- Aspiring Leaders–This lab workshop is for those wanting to enter into a leadership role or management role, perhaps may have just started as a new manager. The lab will explore the fundamentals of what it takes to be a good leaders and the skills needed. This workshop is for early career managers or those wishing to become a manager.
- Emerging Leaders–As an established manager, this lab will help middle-managers to sharpen their skills and go through cutting-edge management models to explore and implement in the face of challenging new environments. Exploring how to have high productivity in agile and remote working environments. This workshop is for middle managers and those who have been in a management position for several years and looking to progress to decision making roles.
- Executive Leader–leading a business or organisation through change has been difficult these past few years and the challenges continue to build. This workshop will pull together inventive new ways for senior leaders to inspire and shape their teams and organisations, from behavioural psychology through to corporate social responsibility. This workshop is for senior decision makers (MDs, Executives, Directors, Heads of service etc)
