Hull & East Yorkshire LSIP Quarterly Forum

Hull & East Yorkshire LSIP Quarterly Forum

The Hull & Humber Chamber of Commerce and its team are pleased to invite you to their LSIP Quarterly Forum, taking place on Wednesday 5th June 2024 from 1.30pm until 4.30pm. The Forum will take place at Hull College, Wilberforce Drive, Kingston-Upon-Hull, HU1 3DG.

The LSIP Forum will focus on Themes 1 and 2 of the Hull & East Yorkshire Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) - technical skills and educational teaching professionals. We will also be teaming up with the Hull & East Yorkshire Skills Partnership to showcase their projects that are funded by the Local Skills Improvement Fund (LSIF), to support the LSIP delivery.

The Forum will provide an opportunity for employers to input on curriculum intent and how we can raise capacity within the skills system.

Our LSIP Forums aim to bring together employers, providers and stakeholders to:

  • Update you on the work of the Hull & East Yorkshire LSIP and key activities being undertaken collaboratively across the region.
  • Gain employer views and input on key skills issues affecting our region
  • Check, inform and help shape our plans for taking the LSIP forward.
  • Provide a platform for you to share your views on the skills that matter for you and your business.
  • Identify and develop opportunities, which can support the Hull & East Yorkshire LSIP Delivery.
