Powerful Performance Conversations

Powerful Performance Conversations

Every business in the country is looking for ways to engage and retain their people in these times of persistent change. At the heart of this lies the need to empower every person through a commitment to creating a culture of belonging, satisfaction and connection. When this is the foundation for your people, great conversations can happen and everyone is on board for success.

This interactive event explores the key components of Powerful Performance Conversations, improving individual and team dynamics by giving colleagues of all career stages a framework of language that helps everyone understand each other better.

If you are a business leader or line manager, great conversations are your key to bringing out the best in your people. We can’t wait to welcome you to our Talent+ event so you can elevate your understanding, learn a simple framework and troubleshoot the tricky conversations that we can tend to avoid.

Lunch will also be included as part of this Talent+ event during the networking session.
